In order to meet ACYI’s broad goals, the following eight program areas have been identified. These program areas represent the many facets of the comprehensive community based solution that is necessary to reduce juvenile delinquency and substance use and increase high school graduation rates in Adams County. Within each program area, partners are working to use data to identify needs, resources and implement the appropriate service delivery strategies to bridge gaps.
